Heysel Tragedy for Liverpool

The success of the club was overshaded by the great disaster at the Heysel stadium in a match against Juventus. The Liverpool fans crushed the wall separating the Juventus fans and charged them. As a result of the constructional failure, the excessive weight caused the wall to break and this incidence killed 39 fans and they were mostly Italians. This resulted in the ban on the English clubs from participating in any European championships. The football association banned Liverpool football club from participating in the games for 10 years and it was later reduced to 6 years. These were the cursed years for an upcoming team like Liverpool. Fourteen of the fans received convictions for this involuntary slaughter. The bad desires behind the games were brought out during this game.
