Thriller with Wigan

This week Liverpool has to face Wigan Atletic in their Home ground at Anfield. After a thrilling win against Manchester United and a brilliant effort from Torres, Wigan seemed to me an easy target for Liverpool. Torres, Babel missed the match due to injury. The pressure of scoring fell in the shoulders of Keane and Kuyt. Wigan scored their goal at 29th minute with a great effort from Zaki. Kuyt equalized the goal tally with a superb assist from Agger in 37th minute. When the game was about end goalless in the first half, Zaki scored the second goal gfor the team in the 45th minute. In the second half Valencia was sent off with a red card due to his tackle with Xabi Alonso. Riera and Kuyt scored the winning goals for Liverpool in the 80’s and restored their honor in their home ground, Anfield. Thanks to Kuyt who scored twice for his team.
